If you’re cutting through York on I-80 and the kids have hit their limit, this park is genuinely one of the better places to pull off. The splash pad gets a serious workout in summer, and there’s enough shade over the picnic tables that adults can actually sit comfortably while the little ones run it out. Slides, swings, and a solid climbing structure keep the toddler-to-elementary crowd busy, and the walking and bike paths along Beaver Creek are worth doing if you have the time — the pond nearby makes it feel way more scenic than your average roadside stop. Restrooms on-site, which, honestly, earns this place extra points on its own.
