Moundwood Playground

It’s a pretty recent addition to the Moundwood State Park setup, and honestly it fits the space way better than nothing did before. The play area sits right near the picnic and marina section, so it makes sense to bring the kids here while everyone else is getting the boats sorted or the food out. What stands out is how they went with artificial rocks and tree stumps instead of the usual plastic stuff — it actually looks like it belongs in a state park. Grab one of the picnic tables nearby and you’ve got a solid little setup for a longer afternoon.
