Maria Hernandez Park

Bushwick locals know this park stays busy for good reason — it’s one of those places where you’ll find toddlers on the swings, older kids working the climbing structure, and a full pickup basketball game happening all at the same time. The soccer field and open grass give families real room to spread out, which isn’t something you take for granted in this part of Brooklyn. Benches are actually usable, restrooms are on-site, and dogs are welcome too.
