Decent enough spot for a kickabout on the soccer field, and the walking path makes it worth a visit if you’re after a bit of space to stretch your legs. Families do use it for picnics and there’s genuinely plenty of room to spread out, which you don’t always get in Doncaster’s smaller parks. That said, broken glass has been a recurring problem here — worth checking the ground before you let little ones run loose. It’s not somewhere I’d rave about, but on a good day with a tidy-up from the council, it does the job.
