If you live in this part of Fort Collins, you probably already know how handy this little spot is. The climbing structure keeps younger kids busy, and the swings are always a hit — simple setup, but it does the job. Soft mulch underfoot means you’re not hovering the whole time, which is a nice bonus. There’s also a decent stretch of open grass out back for running around or kicking a ball. Quiet street, easy to walk to — solid neighborhood park.
