Right along the river in Danville, this spot has two distinct play areas — a colorful section and a wooden one that’s fenced in, which is a nice touch if you’ve got kids who like to wander. The ground-level stuff is where it really shines for younger or accessibility-minded families, with a pretend truck and steering wheel that work well for kids in wheelchairs or strollers. It covers the 2-12 range pretty well, and locals generally keep it in decent shape. Restrooms on-site, which honestly makes or breaks a park visit with little ones.
