Honestly, the location does half the work here — you’ve got a lake right there, the trees start practically at the edge of the grass, and the whole setup just makes sense for a family day out in Tobyhanna. The play area itself is on the smaller side, with slides and a climbing structure aimed squarely at the little ones, toddlers through early elementary. It’s kept up well, which isn’t something you can say about every town park. Pack a cooler, grab one of the picnic tables, fire up a grill, and you’ve got yourself a full afternoon without needing to go anywhere else.
