Locals know this spot is one of the better-kept playgrounds in Morris County — the equipment is clean, the layout actually makes sense, and someone clearly thought about keeping toddlers and older kids in separate zones so nobody’s getting bulldozed by a seven-year-old on the climbing structure. The fence and gate make it easy to relax without doing the constant head-count thing, and sightlines are solid throughout. You’ve got slides, swings, and a solid climbing setup, plus restrooms and picnic tables when you need to stretch out a longer visit. The basketball court, soccer field, and walking path mean older siblings or adults aren’t just standing around waiting. Being right near the tree line gives it a nice feel, especially on a hot afternoon when the shade rolls in.
