Dromahane Playground

Small village, solid playground — Dromahane punches above its weight for what it offers. The zipline is the obvious drawcard and kids absolutely love it, but the whole place is genuinely well-kept in a way that not every rural playground can claim. It’s fully enclosed, so younger ones can run around without you constantly watching the gate, and there are picnic tables if you want to make an afternoon of it. A walking path loops around too, handy if you need to stretch your legs while the kids burn off energy. Locals clearly take pride in the place — it’s consistently clean and in good nick.
