Peltier Park Petanque Terrain

If you’ve never watched a game of pétanque, this is honestly a great place to stumble into one. It’s a low-key spot in Thibodaux where locals actually show up and play — not just a field that sits empty. There are benches if you want to hang back and watch, and the open grass gives plenty of room to spread out. Being close to Nicholls State means you get a decent mix of people passing through. Nothing fancy, but that’s kind of the point.
