Woodall Neighborhood Park

If you’ve got a kid getting into skating, this is honestly one of the better low-key spots in Shelby Township to start. The skate park has ramps, half-pipes, and rails without feeling overwhelming, so beginners can actually build some confidence instead of getting in the way of more advanced skaters. The woods surrounding the whole place give it a chill, shaded vibe that you don’t always get at more exposed parks. Parking is easy too — the lot is big enough that you’re never circling around looking for a spot.
