Tucked into the campgrounds outside Wenatchee, this spot has that easy, unhurried feel you don’t always find at city parks. The forest backdrop does a lot of the heavy lifting — kids tend to wander and explore more when there’s actual nature around them. Plenty of room to spread out, which is a nice change from the cramped playgrounds you find packed into residential neighborhoods. If you’re already camping in the area, it’s a solid bonus to have open space like this right there with you.
