Harmody Park

Most Cleveland locals haven’t even heard of this one, which is honestly their loss. The walking and bike track here wind through what feels like actual forest — tree cover so thick you forget you’re in the city — and the open grass field gives kids room to just run without structure. For the little ones, there’s a solid setup of swings and slides that hits the sweet spot for toddlers through early grade school. Shaded benches are scattered throughout, so you’re not standing in the sun while the kids do their thing. It’s the kind of quiet neighborhood park you’d move to a street nearby just to have access to.
