If you live in the Royal Pointe neighborhood, you already know this park got a solid upgrade not too long ago. The new playground setup is legitimately well-done — separate zones for the little ones and older kids, which makes a real difference when you’ve got a mixed-age crew. There’s decent shade from the trees, plus shaded seating and picnic tables if you’re planning to stick around a while. The half-court basketball setup gets use from the older kids while the younger ones are on the swings. And if you feel like wandering, there’s a wooded area just nearby worth exploring.
