If you live in Cooper City, you probably already know this park — and if you don’t, you’re missing out. It’s the kind of place where kids run around on the open grass while adults do laps on the walking path, and somehow nobody’s ever in each other’s way. The basketball court gets steady use, but it never feels overcrowded. Keep an eye out for the burrowing owls that hang around the grounds — they’re a genuine local quirk that the regulars take a lot of pride in. Clean, calm, and actually well-maintained, which isn’t something you can say about every neighborhood park in South Florida.
