Forest Lake Park

Cooper City locals know this one well — it’s the kind of park you end up at on a weekday morning when you just need some quiet. The shaded playground keeps younger kids (roughly 2 to 12) out of the brutal Florida sun, which honestly makes or breaks a park visit down here. There’s a basketball court and a walking path that loops near the lake, so adults actually have something to do while the kids run around. The dog park is a solid bonus, with separate sections for big and small dogs so things don’t get chaotic.
