If you’re looking for somewhere to kick a ball around or let the little ones loose on swings, this isn’t really that spot — Potter Park is built for ballers and ballplayers, plain and simple. The basketball courts (indoor and outdoor) get a solid workout, and the baseball and softball diamonds are well-used by local leagues. The PAL program here is a big deal for Davie kids who want structured coaching and something real to do after school. Restrooms on-site, which sounds basic but matters when you’re spending a few hours watching a game. Older kids and adults will get the most out of it — this one’s for the athletes.
