If you’ve got a kid who can’t sit still, this place basically runs itself. The basketball courts and soccer fields get a solid workout from the local rec leagues, and the open grass field is one of those spots where a pickup game can materialize out of nowhere on a Saturday morning. The walking path is a nice touch — parents actually stick around instead of just dropping off. Davie keeps it well-maintained, which isn’t something you can say about every public facility in Broward County. Good parking, easy access, and the city hosts events here regularly, so there’s usually something going on beyond just casual use.
