If you’ve got kids of different ages, this one actually works for everyone. The wooden pirate ship and fort setup is genuinely cool — not the generic plastic stuff you see everywhere — and the separate toddler enclosure means you’re not constantly chasing little ones away from the big kid equipment. Older kids get a massive climbing and slide structure that keeps them busy for a solid stretch. The shade trees make it bearable on hot Elk Grove afternoons, and the restrooms are consistently clean, which honestly isn’t something you can say about every park around here. There’s a walking path too if you want to get some steps in while the kids do their thing.
