Honestly, don’t show up expecting swings and slides — this one’s more of a sports and open recreation spot than a traditional playground. The cricket ground setup makes it a bit of a unique find in Corpus Christi, where you don’t exactly see that every day. Good place to let kids run around while you catch some outdoor action, and the fresh air off the coast doesn’t hurt. Just know what you’re getting before you load up the car.
