Legion Park on Charles Street is one of those spots that De Pere locals keep coming back to, and the accessible playground here is a big reason why. It’s set up so kids of all abilities can actually use it, which isn’t something you can say about every park in the area. Families tend to make a whole afternoon of it — the park itself gives you plenty of room to spread out. Good community staple, plain and simple.
