Hands down one of the better options in Hartlepool for little ones under six — the themed areas are genuinely well thought out, not just slapped-together décor. It’s fully enclosed so you’re not constantly chasing a toddler toward the exit, and the sightlines are good enough that you can actually sit down with a coffee. Speaking of which, the café food is properly decent, which makes a real difference when you’re spending a couple of hours here. Staff are consistently friendly too — the kind that actually engage with the kids rather than just hovering around. Keeps itself clean as well, which you notice straight away and appreciate even more by the end of the visit.
