The animal encounters are the real draw — staff actually take time with the little ones, which makes a difference. There’s a good mix of things to do beyond just looking at animals, with tractor rides, play areas, and enough open grass to let kids properly run off some energy. Pack a picnic and use the tables on site, then do a lap of the walking path once everyone’s eaten. It works for a wide age range, which isn’t always easy to find in one place.
