Caernarfon Playground

Right by the water with views across to Snowdonia, this place pulls in more than just families with young kids. The skate park gets a decent amount of use, and there’s a basketball court and soccer field if you want something more organised — or just kick a ball around on the open grass. Swings, enclosed play area, restrooms, a bike track, a walking path — it’s got the lot, honestly. Being so close to the beach and the swing bridge into town makes it an easy half-day out without any real planning.
