Bush Fair Park & Paddling Pool

If you’re local to Harlow and the sun’s actually showing up for once, this is where you’ll want to be. The paddling pool is the main draw — properly maintained, lifeguards on duty, and genuinely clean, which isn’t something you can say about every paddling pool in the area. Kids love it, but honestly the parents seem just as relieved to have somewhere decent to take them on a hot day. The open grass field next to it gives you room to spread out a blanket and actually relax while the little ones run themselves tired. It’s a proper community spot — nothing flashy, just does exactly what it needs to.
