Good for toddlers who are obsessed with animals — they can actually get up close and feed them, which is the kind of hands-on stuff little ones genuinely go mad for. The staff are noticeably good with kids, patient and friendly rather than just going through the motions. There’s a soft play area too, so it covers most bases for a morning out with under-fives. Worth noting that a few visitors have flagged cleanliness issues, so maybe pack some extra wipes and go in with realistic expectations. Parking on-site and toilets available, which always matters more than people admit when you’ve got toddlers in tow.
