Capstone play area

Tucked inside Capstone Farm Country Park, this is genuinely one of the better-thought-out spots for little ones in the Gillingham area. The water feature alone keeps toddlers occupied for ages, and the slides and swings are sized just right for younger kids rather than being an afterthought. Free parking right next to the play area is a proper bonus — no hiking across a field with a buggy and a bag full of snacks. The cafe and restrooms are close enough that you’re not caught out, and the walking path through the country park means older siblings or adults can stretch their legs while the small ones play. Worth making a proper afternoon of it.
