Marlott Road Playground

Decent-sized local spot that gives kids actual room to stretch their legs, which is more than you can say for some of the pocket-sized parks around Gillingham. There’s a climbing structure for the littles and something more suited to older kids too, so siblings aren’t constantly arguing over the same equipment. The open grass field is a proper bonus — good for a kickaround or just letting them burn off energy. That said, it’s showing its age a bit, so don’t go expecting everything to be in tip-top shape. Worth a visit if you’re in the area, just maybe manage expectations.
