Burnham Overy Staithe, Playground

Small but perfectly placed for a post-beach stop, this little playground sits right in the heart of one of Norfolk’s prettiest sailing villages. It’s nothing fancy, but when you’ve got tired kids after a walk out to the dunes or a crab at the staithe, it does the job. The Hero pub is practically next door, which — let’s be honest — is the detail most parents actually care about. Great spot to let the little ones burn off some energy while you decompress with a pint and a view of the creek.
