Locals have noticed the difference since Planet Zoom had its refurb — it actually feels clean and well-kept now, which isn’t something you can always say about soft play places. The slides are a hit with the little ones, and the toddler area has been laid out so parents can actually see their kids without craning their necks. It’s aimed at the 1–8 crowd, so don’t expect much for older kids, but for that age group it does the job well. When the soft play loses its appeal, there’s bowling and arcade machines to keep things going a bit longer — handy on a rainy King’s Lynn afternoon.
