Playground

Right in the middle of town, this one’s handy if you’re already doing the school run or killing time before a bus. It’s accessible, which matters more than people give credit for — not every playground in Elgin can say the same. KFC and McDonald’s are pretty much next door, so it’s easy to make a whole outing of it without going far. Nothing fancy, but for a quick urban stop it does the job.
