The soccer field and grassy areas are well-kept, and there’s decent parking so you’re not circling the block. Toilets are clean — which honestly isn’t a given at local parks — and the big shade trees make hanging around in summer actually bearable. It sits close to forest and trails, so it’s easy to tack on a walk if you’ve got the energy. The playground is pretty basic, so manage expectations if you’re bringing little kids, but for a casual sports session or a run-around with mates, it does the job.
