Bishopdale Park Playground

Bishopdale Park is one of those spots that actually delivers for kids of different ages, which isn’t as common as you’d think. The zipline gets the most attention — rightfully so — but the elephant-themed structure is genuinely charming and younger ones go absolutely nuts for it. There’s a skate park on site too, so older kids aren’t just standing around waiting for their turn on the slide. Plenty of open grass for a proper kick-around, and with picnic tables and restrooms sorted, you can make a decent afternoon of it. Being close to the Bishopdale shops means grabbing food on the way is easy enough.
