Harbour Street Collective Cafe

If you’re after decent coffee in Oamaru without spending the whole time wrestling a toddler back into their seat, this place gets it right. There’s a proper kids’ play area out back that actually gives parents a breather — not just a corner with a sad pile of Duplo. The cafe itself has real character, all art and atmosphere in that way the Victorian Precinct does well. Parking is easy enough, and the age range (2–12) means it works for most family setups.
