Right in the middle of Taupō, this spot at Lakewood Drive is one of those playgrounds that actually works for the whole family — and I mean the whole family, because it’s properly wheelchair accessible, not just technically. It’s central enough that you’re never far from somewhere to grab a bite after, which makes it easy to string together a decent afternoon without much planning. Handy, unpretentious, and gets the job done.
