The lighthouse climbing frame alone is worth the trip — it’s one of the more distinctive bits of kit you’ll find on any Dublin playground. Throw in a zip wire, tunnels, and musical toys and you’ve got enough to keep kids occupied for a solid couple of hours. It’s right beside Sandymount Beach, so you can easily tack on a stroll along the strand after. Plenty of picnic tables mean you can actually sit down and eat lunch like a human being rather than standing around holding a sandwich. Parking on site too, which in this part of Dublin is never something to take for granted.
