St. Anne’s Park Playground

St. Anne’s Park is one of those spots that keeps getting better — they’ve been adding bits over the years and it shows. The zip-wire is a proper one, not a token effort, and the giant spider web climb keeps older kids busy while the little ones mess around with the play train and colourful wooden equipment. You’ve got good sightlines from the picnic tables, which makes life easier if you’re there with a mix of ages. The forest trails are right there if you want to stretch the legs after, and parking is actually manageable. Worth the trip from pretty much anywhere on the northside.
