Decent bit of kit out here on the edge of Kilrush, and the view across the Shannon estuary is genuinely something — you’re not going to get that at your average town park. The equipment is well-maintained and covers a good range, so kids of most ages will find something to keep them occupied. Parents get a decent run at it too, since the nearby spot for food and drinks means you can grab a bite without losing sight of the little ones. Free parking on top of that makes it an easy stop whether you’re local or just passing through West Clare.
