The enclosure is properly secure — you’re not constantly chasing kids toward the road — and the sightlines mean you can actually sit at a picnic bench and keep an eye on things without hovering. The climbing structure gives older kids something worth their time, and the slides and swings cover the younger ones too. Restrooms nearby make the difference for longer visits, and the whole place is kept in decent nick. With the beach close and the views across the water, it’s the kind of stop where adults don’t mind hanging around either.
