Gorteendrunagh isn’t the most obvious spot people think of when they’re planning a day out in Castlebar, but locals know it well enough. It’s a handy one to keep in your back pocket, especially if you’re already in that part of town. Not the biggest setup you’ll find in Mayo, but it does the job when the kids need to burn off some energy. Worth combining with whatever else you’ve got on nearby rather than making a special trip on its own.
