Iranian Park

Yarralumla locals know this one’s worth the trip, especially on a weekend when you want a proper BBQ without fighting for a spot. The lake nearby makes the whole place feel a bit more special than your average suburban park — good for a wander after you’ve eaten. Shade trees do a decent job keeping things cool, and there’s open grass where kids can just run themselves tired. Parking’s easy, toilets are there when you need them, and the walking path around the area is a nice loop if you’re after a bit of a stroll.
