Shade trees and picnic tables mean you can actually settle in for a proper afternoon rather than hovering the whole time. The basketball court and open grass give older kids somewhere to burn off energy once they’ve exhausted the main equipment. Parking is easy, the neighbourhood is quiet, and honestly it’s the kind of local spot that doesn’t get enough credit.
