If you’ve got a toddler in tow, this little Downer spot is worth knowing about. The spider nest swing is the clear drawcard — kids go absolutely feral for it, and honestly it’s easy to see why. There’s also one of those old-school seesaw tables that a local apparently once called an “alien spaceship,” which feels pretty accurate. The shade trees do a decent job of keeping things bearable on hot Canberra days, and the benches mean you’re not standing around the whole time.
