Locals know this one’s worth a detour — the BBQ actually works properly, which honestly can’t be said for every park around Carindale. There’s a solid undercover area with tables, so you’re not scrambling for shade when it heats up, and the grass stretches out enough that kids can properly run around without being on top of each other. The basketball court keeps older kids busy while the younger ones do their thing on the play equipment. Good for a long afternoon if you bring food.
