Callington Park Playground

If you’re passing through Oatlands on the Midlands Highway, this one’s worth pulling over for — and not just to stretch your legs. The playground has a solid mix of gear: zipline, climbing structure, slides, swings, seesaw, and a maze the kids will want to loop through three times minimum. It’s fully fenced, which parents appreciate, and the BBQ and picnic tables right there mean you can actually sit down and eat while the kids burn energy. The whole setup sits alongside a lake, so the view while you’re having lunch is genuinely lovely. Locals keep it in good nick and it shows.
