Oatlands is one of those quiet heritage towns where you don’t expect much, but it’s worth knowing there’s a playground here if you’re passing through on the Midland Highway. Details on the equipment are pretty thin, so it’s hard to say exactly what’s there for different ages. If you’re making a dedicated trip, maybe call ahead or check with locals first — but as a stopping point to stretch the legs, it does the job.
