Lakeshore Park

Right on the Tennessee River, this park is honestly one of those places locals keep coming back to without really thinking twice about it. The walking paths are well-kept and the river views make even a casual stroll feel worth the trip. Kids have slides and swings to keep them busy while parents actually get to sit down at a picnic table and breathe for a minute. Basketball courts, a soccer field, and open grass mean there’s always something going on no matter when you show up. Parking, clean restrooms, benches along the path — they’ve covered the basics and covered them well.
