Pirate Playground

Honestly one of the better playgrounds in Cambridge for this age group — the pirate ship theme is done properly, not just a coat of paint on some generic equipment. Kids aged 2 to 12 get a solid mix of slides, a zipline, climbing structure, and a sandbox, plus splash pools that make summer visits genuinely worth planning around. The whole thing is enclosed, which takes the edge off if you’ve got a runner, and there are enough benches and picnic tables that you can actually sit down like a human being. Shade trees help on hot days, and the sightlines are good enough that you’re not constantly repositioning to keep tabs on everyone.
