Chimborazo Playground

Right in the heart of Church Hill, this park pulls double duty as a legit sports spot and a solid place to bring the little ones. The playground has slides and swings that keep the younger kids busy while older ones claim the basketball court or run loose on the open grass. Shade trees do a lot of the heavy lifting on hot Richmond summers, and there’s enough shaded seating and picnic tables to actually settle in for a while.
