Laguna Community Park

One of the bigger parks in Elk Grove, and honestly one of the better ones for families who want more than just a swing set. The water feature keeps kids busy on hot Sacramento Valley days, and there’s enough open grass and soccer field space that you’re not tripping over other people’s picnic blankets. Shade trees and covered seating are actually useful here — not just decorative — and the shaded parking is a genuine selling point in summer. Restrooms are on-site, walking path is solid for a post-lunch loop, and there’s a dog park if you’ve got a pup to wear out. It draws a crowd on weekends for good reason.
